Jason represents clients all across the State of Arkansas in both State and Federal Court. He has extensive experience in both civil and criminal practice. He handles trial work and appeals. In practice since 1995, he has represented clients ranging from individuals in traffic court to Fortune 500 Companies.

Jason is a member of the federal CJA panel and is regularly appointed by federal courts to represent persons charged with serious federal offenses. Jason is certified as co-counsel by the Arkansas Public Defender Commission to represent clients in death penalty cases. He has tried many federal, state and civil jury trials. Jason graduated from UALR Law School with honors and is the editor of the Arkansas Court Bulletin, a weekly publication for attorneys.
